Acute and Chronic Radiculopathy

Acute Radiculopathy Treatment (disc herniation pinching a nerve root)

Specific recommendations are made along with a referral when appropriate.

 

Chronic Radiculopathy Treatment (spinal stenosis):

Nerve Mobilization:  This therapy is targeted to assist with improving scarring around the nerve roots, swelling within the nerve sheaths, and venous congestion (a slowing of normal blood flow to/from the nerve secondary to the spinal stenosis)
